Both Vertical and Horizontal reinforcing steel is ran through the blocks. Once the wall height is reached concrete is poured forming a solid reinforced concrete wall with high insulation values. This solid wall construction delivers advanced attributes such as strength, Insulation values and acoustic properties. Exceeding all conventional construction methods in today's market.

 

MegaForm’s ICF system structural strength makes it an ideal building product in cyclonic and seismic regions.

 

The ICF systems interior/exterior can be finished with a variety of cladding options. Acrylic render systems are most common as they create a durable and stylish finish.  The Specially designed fire retardant EPS and plastic webs strips moulded into the sides allow screw and nail fixed cladding options to be attached to the wall.

 

Much of the our construction when using ICF also uses a great deal of Mudular construction methods.
